Good to know
Is your produce certified organic?
We are a natural food store, not an organic-certified one. Our produce is farm-fresh and natural, bought daily from trusted growers at Lo Valledor market and selected by hand at its peak — but it does not carry an organic certification label.
How do I place an order?
Shop online at santiagonatural.cl (the store is in Spanish, but checkout is simple and accepts international cards), or just message us on WhatsApp in English and we'll build your order for you.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — CLP $35,000, and with that minimum your delivery is completely free anywhere in our coverage area.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes, as long as same-day slots are still available when you check out. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:00.
